A new 15,000 square foot pre-school facility including administration, classrooms, science lab, breakroom, laundry room, and playground. This concrete block building with flat wood roof trusses features stucco, brick, and Nichiha siding on the exterior, and was completed on time during the COVID-19 outbreak.
It is my pleasure to recommend Tim Young Construction for consideration of other work. Tim Young Construction completed a ground up Goddard School facility of approximately 15,000 square feet. The project was on time and in line with our original budget expectations.
