Two (2) new 7,300 square foot multi-tenant retail buildings, including tenant build-outs for a smoke shop, restaurant, dental office, nail salon, and a liquor store. Structural steel skeleton with metal framed exterior walls. Stucco and brick veneer exterior with TPO membrane roofing.
